WhenDidILast Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 17, 2025
Overview
WhenDidILast is built with privacy as a core principle. We believe your habits are personal and should stay that way.
Data Collection
We collect zero personal data. All habit tracking data (habit names, completion times, goals, and settings) is stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device:
- It’s not transmitted to any servers
- It’s not backed up to the cloud
- It’s not accessible to us or any third parties
Google Play Store
When you purchase the Pro version, the transaction is handled entirely by Google Play Store. We receive only:
- Confirmation that a valid purchase was made
- No personal information from the transaction
Google’s privacy policy applies to all purchase transactions. You can review it here.
Data Storage
All app data is stored locally using Android’s built-in storage. This data:
- Remains on your device
- Can be deleted by uninstalling the app
- Is not accessble without physical access to your unlocked device
Data Deletion
To delete all your data simply uninstall WhenDidILast from your device.
Note that this permanently removes all habit data. We cannot recover it because we never had access to it.
Third Party Services
WhenDidILast does NOT use:
- Analytics services (no Firebase, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Advertising networks
- Social media integrations
- Cloud storage or backup services
- Any third-party SDKs that collect data
Changes to This Policy
If we ever change our privacy practices, we will update this policy and notify users through an app update notice. Any changes will maintain our commitment to user privacy.
